Yes, you can watch a free stream of horse racing from Hong Kong . Next sunday they are streaming horse racing from Shatin. I've only ever watched racing on my laptop but it says on the website that the stream is compatible with iPhone and Android. If the stream doesn't work you could try using the Skyfire browser that allows you to watch flash videos on iOS devices.
Thanks man. Was able to watch asian horse racing live on my iphone this weekend The stream paused a couple of times but when I refreshed it the page the stream started again.
