My Dad is getting his first smartphone for Christmas this year. He's a big horse racing nut so I was wondering if any of the online bookmakers offer Christmas gift vouchers that I could give him? I sure he'd love to show it off to his mates by putting down a few bets on the King George on boxing day.
I am sure some of the bookmakers try to cash in on the christmas spirit of giving! However book makers are pretty generous year round and if you do a bit of hunting you can generally get some decent sign up bonuses - if your old man doesn't mind using a new account. Most require that you put down a deposit and bet it through so worth browsing the t's & c's.
I was looking at the various bookmakers websites also and I wasn't able to find any vouchers before Christmas. I have however bought them in bookmakers on the highstreet. For some reason they don't seem to offer them online which seems a little odd because they would make great presents.
I've never seem them advertised on any of their websites so I doubt they do. Maybe there is some regulation about promoting gambling in that fashion?
Christmas is only around the corner again so we'd love to hear any updates on bookies offering vouchers. They really would make a great Xmas present.
None of the major online bookies advertise gift vouchers on their websites so I'm guessing they don't. You might have more luck if you go into one of their high-street betting shops and ask at the counter.
Christmas is just a few weeks away so I'll ask again if any bookies are offering Xmas vouchers this year. Even just electronic vouchers that can be printed out.
