Every mobile bookmaker seems to claim that they offer more markets than anyone else and they're the best for live betting but which one actually is in your experience?
Hi Terry Our favourite is definitely Bet365 for a number of reason. BET365 IN-PLAY APP - WWW.BET365.COM Firstly, they offer live streams of every horse race in the United Kingdom and Ireland via their iPhone, iPad and Android apps which is great for live betting. They are also the only bookmaker to stream thousands of other sporting events live to their mobile customers. You can watch live soccer, football, golf, darts, tennis, snooker and dozens of other sports on your smartphone or tablet for free. Their In-play section shows a simulation of every football game even if they don't have the live stream so you can still follow all the action in real time. If you'd like to read more about what the Bet365 app has to offer, please check out our Bet365 app review.
I like to use the Paddy Power Premier League app for in-play betting on soccer matches. All you have to do is point your iphones camera at the TV and the odds pop-up. I know it's lazy but sometimes when you're in the pub you don't want to be fiddling around with an app trying to find a particular game. I'm not sure how the app knows what you're watching but I suspect it's witchcraft
If are based in the United Kingdom you can try the Paddy-Power Facebook live in-play betting app. It's only available as a web client at the moment so you can't install it on an iPhone or Android yet but it does have some interesting features http://forums.iphonebettingapps.com...book-sports-betting-app-in-the-United-Kingdom
What about sports fans who live in the United States? Do any of these apps work for in-play betting if you live in New York, California, Boston, Chicago, Texas etc?
The best U.S. sports betting app is definitely the www.Bovada.lv one. The design is streets ahead of the other USA mobile bookmakers who's apps look like they were developed in the 90's. It covers ALL major American and global sports, including NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL, World Cup 2014, soccer, MMA, Boxing, Golf, Tennis, Car Racing, NCAA Football, NCAA Basketball and Arena Football. Uniquely Bovada Mobile also lines on horse racing from every racetrack in the United States. They are the only mobile racebook app to cover every single harness and thoroughbred race. Many others just provide features betting of big races like the Kentucky Derby. Novelty bets are also available on the 2016 Elections and the Texas Governor Race. We've reviewed the Carbon Sports app in more detail here http://www.iphonebettingapps.com/bovada-mobile-us.html
The Bet365 app for either iPhone or Android is pretty good for listening to commentary of football (soccer) games from across Europe. You don't even need an account. It's pretty useful if I'm driving and I want to follow a particular English Premier League or Champions League game.
The Bet365 Audio centre also provides audio commentaries of greyhound and horse racing free of charge.
If you are planning to have a punt on a games featuring Barcelona FC, Read Madrid or any Spanish La Liga team, perhaps you should consider using the SkyBet sports betting app as they live steam dozens of spanish football games every month for free. You don't even need to place a bet if you'd in order to watch a particular La Liga game on your iPhone or Samsung Galaxy.
most of the major european internet bookmakers like ladbrokes, william hill and betfair have introduced a cash-out feature for anyone interested in live betting. the option is now available for most major sports and lets you close your bet at any point during a game if you'd like to either guarantee a certain amount of profit or limit your losses.
I think the Apple Watch will prove to be hugely popular for in-play betting because punters will be able to easily review updates of games to the iWatch. You can also quickly make a bet in a couple of taps thanks to the fingerprint recognition capabilities of the Apple Watch. The new Coral Apple Watch app even lets you cash out from the wearable device.
any mobile bookmaker that live streams sports is good for in-play betting in my mind. there has been lots of times when i've been watching a barcelona or real madrid game on my phone and decided to place a spur of the moment bet because I can see the game going in a particular direction.
All Australian bookmakers, including SportsBet, William Hill and Ladbrokes, have been forced to removed in-play betting from their apps. The good news is Australian mobile sports bettors can still be in-play at any of these bitcoin bookmaker apps.
