I think both DraftKings and FanDuel will have to use the geolocation blocking feature of iOS to prevent sports bettors from particular US states from activating the app. Another option might be to block credit cards issued by banks in certain states like New York.
Nevada have banned fantasy betting apps but I guess that's not surprising considering how important gambling is to Las Vegas and the entire state.
